Megan Glor has been litigating disability, medical and life insurance and benefits claims since the early 1990s. She has extensive experience assisting claimants in applying for benefits, in handling ongoing claims and in challenging claim denials, including in litigation.
She has also served as co-counsel in several class action medical benefit cases in both state and federal courts. Megan is a frequent speaker on issues of ERISA, benefit litigation, reimbursement of medical insurance carriers and mental health parity.
